1. How do I download?
You can download by clicking on the 'Download Media' tab at the top of the site, located above the search box.

After purchasing, you will recieve an automatic email with a download link. Please note that it goes to the email address you used while purchasing. In case you do not have access to that email account anymore or you did not get your email, you can download at anytime from our site. Be sure to enter your email address exactly as it was while purchasing. If you used capitals (Name.Name.com) you have to enter it exactly like you did before. If your email address has any special characters, you may need to contact us to edit your transaction.

If you purchased more than a few images, you may want to use the zip folder. Just click on the zip folder icon and save it to your computer. You may need to extract all files of the folder in order to use the images.

If you prefer to download one image at a time, just click on the image you want. It will open in a new window on a black background. Right click over the image (on the black background screen) and select a save option.

If you are on a MAC, you will need to go to the image on the black background screen. Hold the control key down and click over the image with your mouse. You should get a prompt to save. If not, you can try simply clicking and holding the mouse over the image. If neither of these options work for you, contact customer service.

2. Can I use the images for free?
No we do not permit free use of our images for any purpose, not even our watermarked images with a link to our site. You must purchase a license for the use of any of our images.

3. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, but only through our image collections. We do not offer discounts on individual clip art purchases or images outside the collections.

4. Does Royalty-free mean free?
No. Although there are two different types of royalty-free in this industry, the most common is the type that we license. To us, royalty free means that you pay a one time fee and you get to use the image(s) forever, for multiple uses, without having to pay additional fees (also known as royalties) hence the term royalty-free. Please note that there are a few restrictions. Since we cannot offer refunds, please be sure to ask BEFORE purchase to double check if you are even slightly unsure about your use. Please read our End User License Agreement and Use Policy.

5. Can I have an image customized or a prop added to an image?
We cannot offer this service. You are welcome to alter the image(s) yourself following purchase. Please note that you cannot copyright or trademark the end results.

6. Can I buy an image outright so no-one else can use it?
No. We cannot offer this service. Our images are priced low so the artist can continuously make income off of them. This would also go against Royalty-free licensing.

7. Can I have an artist create a new image for me?
We cannot offer this service.

8. If I buy a small image now and I need a larger version later, can I upgrade?
Yes, you can upgrade by contacting Customer Service. Customer Service. Please note that artists have access and the freedom to change their pricing any time so the prices can sometimes change.

9. What is the difference between the different image files?
The small JPEG files are meant for small web graphics. Depending on your quality standards, you may be able to print a small on a business card, however we suggest a medium or large file for any sort of printing. JPEG files do not support transparency. Any JPEG files come with the backgrounds that you see on the site (minus the watermark).

The medium JPEG files are meant for small print projects such as postcards, brochures, business cards, larger web graphics, etc.

The large JPEG files are meant for larger print projects such as advertisements, posters, t-shirts, etc.

10. Can I make changes to the image?
Yes. After purchasing a license, you are welcome to alter the image any way you please. Please note that you cannot claim copyright on altered images since the original image was created by our artist and is under copyright.

11. Can I use the images for my logo?
If an image is marked as "Commercial Royalty-Free" the image can be used for logo purposes. If an image is marked as "Editorial Royalty-Free" it can not be used for logo purposes. Please note that you cannot copyright or trademark Commercial Royalty-Free images. The artist always retains copyright and others can still license the same image.
