Erythema multiforme major, also referred to as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, is a toxic or allergic rash in response to the smallpox vaccine that can take various forms, and range from moderate to severe.This image was created in 08/2003 and provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention/Allen W.
